2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To create a PH96 account, you must provide accurate and complete personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and current address. You must be at least 21 years old to register. Submitting false or outdated information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure. You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

PH96 complies with international KYC standards. All users may be required to complete identity verification before certain transactions, especially withdrawals. You may be asked to upload a clear copy of a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. A recent utility bill or bank statement may also be required as proof of address. Until verification is completed, your withdrawal access may be restricted.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your PH96 account secure is your responsibility. Choose a strong password and never share your login details with anyone. 3. Betting Rules and Conditions

3.1 Bet Placement

Before placing a bet on PH96, check that your account balance has enough funds to cover the wager. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed unless a cash-out feature is available for that specific market. Pre-match bets must be placed before the event starts, while live betting is the exception. PH96 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion.

3.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results. If an event is canceled or suspended, the bet may be voided and the stake refunded. PH96 reserves the right to make the final decision on all bet settlements. If there is a clear error or technical issue, we may void the bet. Settlement usually happens within a few minutes after the event ends.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

PH96 strictly prohibits match fixing or any dishonest activity, the use of bots or automated software, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, collusion or syndicate betting, and exploiting weaknesses in our system. If any of these activities are detected, the account may be closed and winnings confiscated.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

PH96 supports several deposit methods, including e-wallet services and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is shown in the deposit section, and deposits are processed instantly to your account. PH96 does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may charge its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount, and you must complete it within 30 days after claiming the bonus. Only sports bets and selected casino games count toward meeting the wagering requirement.

5.3 Loyalty Program

With the PH96 loyalty program, you earn points for every bet you place. Accumulated points can move you up through different levels and unlock exclusive rewards. You can convert your points into cash or free bets. VIP members also get special bonuses, faster withdrawals, and a dedicated account manager. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months.

You can request account closure at any time. Before closing, all pending bets must be settled and your balance withdrawn.
